Virtual Educa is an initiative established in 2001 by the Organisation of American States (OAS) to develop innovative projects in the fields of EDUCATION and TRAINING for human development and social inclusion. Its projects are carried out by the Virtual Educa Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Virtual Educa has delegations in most Latin America and the Caribbean countries, including Mexico.
